Carol J. Carter
Founder & Executive Director
Carol Carter is a national and international student success author and speaker. For the last 16 years, Carol has been president of LifeBound, a student success and transition company, which publishes books, conducts training in academic coaching skills for college faculty, K-12 administrators, counselors, teachers, parents.
Carol is the author of ten books for students in grades 5-12, as well as curricula, and she is the co-author of a book for parents: Stop Parenting and Start Coaching. Her most recent books, Critical and Creative Thinking for Teenagers and Leadership for Teenagers, were co-authored with Maureen Breeze and published by Lifebound.
Carol has shared her professional insights with students in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; Sydney, Australia; ChristChurch, New Zealand; Singapore; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Nairobi, Kenya; Beijing, China, and throughout the United States. Wherever she is, she encourages students to think globally as they chart their careers. An intrepid traveler, Carol has been a guest in over fifty countries around the world.
Shana Mugg, MBA, a principal consultant in Mugg Accounting, has spent a decade as Chief Financial Officer for two Denver metropolitan area based multi-million dollar agencies. Shana has vast knowledge and experience in business operations, including accounting, payroll, human resources, and tax planning and preparation.
Peter B. Nagel, P.C. is listed as a metropolitan Tier 1 law firm in the field of Nonprofits/Charities Law in U.S. News & World Report’s 2014 “Best Law Firms” rankings. Mr. Nagel has been selected for inclusion in "The Best Lawyers in America" since 2008 and was designated its 2012 Denver “Lawyer of the Year,” in the Nonprofits/Charities Law field, an honor that is awarded to only a single lawyer in each specialty in each community as a result of having received particularly high ratings from his peers for ability, professionalism, and integrity. He has also been listed in Colorado Super Lawyers since 2009 in the field of Nonprofit Law. Mr. Nagel has held an AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell for 30 years. He is a graduate of Harvard University (B.A. 1975, Magna Cum Laude) and of the University of Denver College of Law (J.D. 1978).
Saule is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational and Strategic Communication. Saule has served as Representative at Large on the Student Government Association and President of the International Students Organization at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Last year, Saule visited 21 countries, she is also GlobalMindED's resident feral cat whisperer.

Robbie is a student at the University of Colorado in Denver pursuing his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Design.
Robbie has been doing digital designs for school, work, friends, family, and fun for about 10 years. Through creative techniques and innovative designs, Robbie keeps GlobalMindED's Internet presence up to date and cutting edge. Robbie enjoys creating abstract art and once accidentally incited a mosh pit dance battle.
