Phuong Dinh is an aficionado of preventive medicine. She loves empowering people and connecting passions, ideas, and resources to advance healthcare.
As the Administrative Fellow for Kaiser Permanente of Colorado, Phuong collaborates with leadership and teams to strategize and integrate cross-functional operations in support of organizational mission.
Phuong believes in the power of education and adopting a multi-disciplinary approach to impact change in healthcare. She serves on the board of the Colorado Health Administration Alumni Association and the advisory boards of GlobalMindED and International Asthma Services. Phuong has spoken about the importance of education in the Huffington Post and the Colorado Business Roundtable. As a once political refugee to the U.S. and first generation-to-college in her family, community commitments enhance her understanding of how health systems may be designed to comprehensively address societal burdens.
Phuong graduated with a degree in Biochemistry from Regis University and attended the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Upon receiving an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado Denver, she received the program’s highest honor – the Eugenie Sontag Award.
Phuong enjoys exploring God’s creations through traveling and Colorado’s outdoors, spending time with people she loves, and connecting with people.
